NDIS Disability Services We Provide
Our services are flexible and personalised to help participants get the support they need so their skills and independence improve over time.
- Household Tasks e.g. cleaning
- Assist Personal Activities e.g. personal care
- Daily Tasks such as meal preparation
- Development-Life Skills e.g. how to access to public transport
- Access to Social and Community Participation e.g. handcraft lesson

There are some requirements you need to meet to be eligible for the NDIS:
A. You must be younger than 65 on the day you apply.
B. You must live in Australia, be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
C. Provide evidence of all the following:
- Your disability is caused by an impairment.
- Your impairment is likely to be permanent.
- Your permanent impairment substantially reduces your functional capacity.
- Your permanent impairment affects your ability to work, study or take part in social life.
- You’ll likely need support from the NDIS for your whole life.
D. You would need special equipment and modifications to your home because of a permanent and significant disability.
You will need to provide evidence when applying for the NDIS:
- Proof of identity such as address and residency requirements.
- Evidence of your impairments that provide by your treating professional. Your treating professional might be your doctor, specialist or allied health service provider, who has worked with you for a long time and is qualified and registered in Australia.
- Step 1: Contact NDIA or 1ST Care Community – Speak with us about your eligibility and how we can help you apply.
- Step 2: Apply – Submit your application, including your supporting evidence.
- Step 3: Receive outcome – NDIA will send you their decision within 21 days.
- If you are eligible, you will move to the next stage, creating your NDIS plan.
- If you are not eligible, NDIA will connect you with other government or community services.
When you have an approved NDIS plan, you need to understand the different budgets and who can help you start using your plan, and how your plan is managed.

NDIA will contact you six weeks before your plan is due for reassessment. The plan reassessment meeting can be face-to-face, online or over the phone.
