1st Care Community takes pride in providing Home Care Packages, which are subsidized by the Australian Government and come in four different levels. These packages are designed to assist individuals in preserving their independence and overall well-being, allowing them to continue living comfortably in their own homes. Our range of services within these Home Care Packages is tailored to address your specific needs and improve your overall quality of life.
Our Home Care Packages Include
Domestic Assistance
Our devoted team offers vital domestic assistance, taking care of tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and unaccompanied shopping. This ensures that your living space remains clean and comfortable for you.
Meal Preparation
We take care of meal preparation, ensuring you enjoy delicious, nutritionally balanced meals that are tailored to your dietary preferences. This promotes your overall health and well-being. We can also organize meal delivery from approved providers.
Social support
We offer social support services to help you with tasks like shopping and attending doctor appointments, enabling you to stay connected with the community. This flexibility in assistance enhances your quality of life.
Community Nursing

Check Eligibility
Home Care are open to seniors over 65 years of age, or over 50 years for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders, who need:
- Ongoing services
- Multiple services, or one service at a high frequency
- High level support
To start receiving Home Care Packages, you will need to register with My Aged Care, and you will be assessed by the government to determine your eligibility for services.
