This Schedule includes information on the price for some common services which can covered by home care package program. Prices
List below are all provided by 1ST Care Community staff, all service fees are GST free. Other services which are not list below such as
allied health, garden maintenance, brokerage services, Charges will be varies due to quotation.
1ST Care Community provides In-home care services through home care packages to support elderly in need to stay at home for as
long as possible. We do not require our consumers to pay any self-contribution (Basic Daily Fee), which means our services are 100%
free for full pensioners or any other low in-comer, unless you are assessed by government and required pay any In-come Tested Care

⚫ Standard service hours are 6am -8pm. The Service Fees and Charges for after-hours care, and sleepover will be advised
by the coordinator. Or contact 07 3341 0520.
⚫ The Service Fees and Charges are subject to change. We will advise the consumers and the family members before the
new Service Fees and Charges are applied.
⚫ Minimum service hours will be 2 hours for standard service. Cancellation and change of services require 48 business hours notices.

Τα πακέτα φροντίδας κατ' οίκον είναι ανοιχτά σε ηλικιωμένους άνω των 65 ετών ή άνω των 50 ετών για Αβορίγινες ή κατοίκους των νησιών Torres Strait, οι οποίοι χρειάζονται:
- Συνεχείς υπηρεσίες
- Πολλαπλές υπηρεσίες ή μία υπηρεσία σε υψηλή συχνότητα
- Υποστήριξη υψηλού επιπέδου
Για να αρχίσετε να λαμβάνετε Πακέτα Φροντίδας στο σπίτι, θα πρέπει να εγγραφείτε στο Η Γεροντική μου φροντίδα, και θα αξιολογηθείτε από την κυβέρνηση για να καθορίσει την καταλληλότητά σας για υπηρεσίες.
